Howell Avenue Professional Building

Berghammer was selected as the general contractor for the construction of a new two-story office building. The project required working within a constrained site to preserve existing wetlands. Berghammer also pursued an aggressive, phased schedule to enclose the building before winter and allow work to continue inside the building.
