Berghammer strongly believes in prequalifying potential subcontracting partners for a project to evaluate their ability to complete the following tasks:

- Supply a comprehensive bid
- Adhere to the project schedule
- Provide quality workmanship
- Demonstrate the financial capacity to complete the project

Our project management staff continually updates a list of subcontractors who meet these requirements. In addition, Berghammer solicits input from both the owner and architect for potential subcontracting partners.

Generally, only firms who meet Berghammer's prequalification requirements, and are acceptable to the owner, are allowed to submit proposals on a project. We select subcontractors having adequate resources, reasonable overhead and a proven track record in the specialty work called for.
