Have formulated a clear written policy to govern all operations of our company and stringently enforce that policy in all our operations.
Hire an independent, third party organization to regularly perform safety audits of all jobsites.
Require, as a condition of employment, that all employees adhere to stated safety rules, instructions and procedures. These same guidelines are applied to all Berghammer subcontractors and jobsite visitors.
Stringently enforce all federal, state and local safety laws.
The majority of our field crews are trained on the sensitive control issues associated with working in health care facilities.
Maintain a partnership with OSHA.
