BERGHAMMER ANNOUNCES THE GOLDEN HAMMER AWARD WINNERS
October 10, 2008, Butler, WI – On Wednesday, September 24, 2008, Berghammer held the Second Annual Golden Hammer Awards Ceremony. The event was held to recognize subcontractors in Southeastern Wisconsin for their premier performance on Berghammer building projects in 2008.
Twelve firms were nominated for three Golden Hammer awards. The nominees were Builders Hardware, Cardinal Fabricating, Commercial Walls and Ceilings, CornerStone Plumbing, Heitman, Inc., J.F. Ahern, Mid City Plumbing and Heating, Porta-Painting, Quality Ceilings, Roman Electric, Victory Steel and Wisconsin Fire Protection.
The winners were rewarded with a golden hammer trophy. The winners included Ken Heitman with Heitman, Inc. for their flexibility on Howell Avenue Professional Office Center, Steve Adkins with CornerStone Plumbing for their extra effort to attack challenges with solutions on BUYSEASONS Corporate Headquarters, and Pam Feavel with J.F. Ahern for their high quality work.
