BERGHAMMER AWARDED FELICIAN VILLAGE PROJECT
February 11, 2008 – Berghammer Construction Corporation has been selected by the Felician Sisters, Chicago, to renovate several of the existing senior living facilities on its 24 acre Felician Village campus. The campus is located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
The campus renovation will enhance the facility’s ability to provide a community residential atmosphere for the residents. Approximately 225,000 square feet of the existing structures will be removed and will be replaced with 105,000 square feet of new construction. The project will be completed in three phases which will include new Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRF), Residential Care Apartment Complexes (RCAC) and long-term care households. Construction of this project will begin in April and it is scheduled for completion in 2010.
