The success of a project is often determined before construction begins. By getting involved in your project at this crucial stage, we can help you avoid problems that can cause delays and budget overages, and suggest alternatives that can make the project better at less cost.
As a recognized leader in providing superior pre-construction services, we look to save cost and add value in every phase of the project.
With engineering, architectural and construction management expertise in-house, we have the resources to evaluate the viability of one or more locations.
A combination of more than 15 years of local historical pricing data and the latest available technology enables us to provide the most accurate pre-construction estimates.
Our ability to think critically and creatively allows our team to propose cost-saving alternatives that may facilitate future expansions or define operating efficiencies without compromising the project design.
Whether the project calls for multi-phased construction in an occupied facility or an accelerated timeline dictated by the needs of the client, our team of project managers and field personnel have earned a reputation for implementing and meeting the most aggressive schedules.
Systems and Technology
As your construction partner, Berghammer is committed to utilizing the latest technology available in the marketplace to provide accuracy, improve communication, and create efficiencies in the delivery of construction services to our clients.
We utilize On Screen Takeoff and MC2 for budgeting and estimating purposes. These computer-based processes provide accurate and specific budgetary information and clearly communicate the areas to be affected by the work.
Web Based Plan Distribution
iSqFt is a Web-based plan distribution system used to disseminate plans and specifications to the subcontracting community. The program allows us to cast a wide net, increasing competition and lowering the cost for our clients.
We use Prolog Project Management and Microsoft Project to document project activity. All team members are able to access the project information at any time to monitor and manage the project.
Open Book Approach
All project costing is shared with our clients on an Open Book basis. Bids from subcontractors will be assembled and organized by work divisions into a Bid Book as back up for the total project costs.
