We use Prolog Project Management and Microsoft Project to document project activity. All team members are able to access the project information at any time to monitor and manage the project.

Open Book Approach

All project costing is shared with our clients on an Open Book basis. Bids from subcontractors will be assembled and organized by work divisions into a Bid Book as back up for the total project costs.
