Leif A. Nesheim, President & Principalleif@berghammer.comAt the helm since 1988, Leif brings more than 30 years of construction and development experience to our company — and to our clients. Under his leadership, our reputation has become synonymous with superior quality and complete client satisfaction. Leif is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association and the Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers. Leif actively supports his community through volunteer positions on numerous committees such as the boards of Literacy Services of Wisconsin, St. Aemilian-Lakeside, Inc., HeartLove Place and North Shore Country Club.
James F. Parks, Executive Vice President & Principaljimp@berghammer.comAs Executive Vice President, Jim Parks applies his more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry to successfully manage all aspects of project delivery with a focus on pre construction services. He routinely assists clients with project feasibility analysis and personally oversees Berghammer’s preconstruction, conceptual estimating and preliminary budgeting processes. A Milwaukee native, Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. In addition, Jim serves on the boards of NAIOP, Academy of Learning and Leadership, Family Unity International and St. Mary’s Parish. He is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors - Wisconsin Chapter and who recognized him as Associate of the Year in 2000 and 2004.
George C. Minnich, Senior Vice President & Principalgeorgem@berghammer.comA 27-year construction industry veteran, George directs Berghammer’s project management department. He oversees project administration, subcontract awards and administration, estimate preparation, scheduling and cost control. George is a native of Philadelphia and a graduate of Penn State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is President of the St. Francis Foundation Board, Future Milwaukee Class of 2003, American Concrete Institute and the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee – Ironworker Local 8. Prior to joining Berghammer, George held leadership positions with national and regional construction firms.
Cheryl Hebel, CCIFP, Vice President of Financecherylh@berghammer.comAs the Vice President of Finance, Cheryl oversees Berghammer’s financial management functions. Her responsibilities include the oversight of all areas of financial and risk management, including contract administration, budgeting, project cost accounting, tax planning and coordination of the firm’s annual audits. Cheryl also directs the company’s human resource functions. Cheryl is a graduate of Alverno College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She is a member of the Construction Financial Managers Association and is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional. Cheryl has been with Berghammer Construction since new management purchased the firm in 1988 and has advanced to her current position.
Craig R. Reisinger, Director of Field Operationscraigr@berghammer.comAs Director of Field Operations, Craig provides a vital communication link between Project Managers and Superintendents for all Berghammer projects. He oversees the Project Superintendents, is responsible for scheduling field personnel and assists in scheduling subcontractors. Craig also provides ongoing assistance in reviewing project costs and schedules, and he allocates the resources and supplies for jobsites. During his 30-year career in the construction industry, Craig has supervised numerous mutli-million dollar projects throughout southeastern Wisconsin. |
