Aurora Lakeland Medical CenterBerghammer is completing life safety code and building code deficiency repairs and upgrades cited as deficient during a verification survey of the campus by the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS).
