St. Mary's Felician VillageBerghammer Construction Corporation has been selected by the Felician Sisters, Chicago, to update and expand several of the existing senior living facilities on its 22 acre St. Mary's Felician Village campus. These campus improvements will enhance the facility’s ability to provide a sense of community and residential atmosphere for the residents. Approximately 225,000 square feet of the existing structures will be removed and will be replaced with 120,000 square feet of new construction. The project will be completed in three phases which will include new Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRF), Residential Care Apartment Complexes (RCAC) and long-term care households.
