Berghammer Completes Tenant Build-Out for restat of Milwaukee
Berghammer Construction completed an ambitious 8-week, fast track schedule last fall for the office tenant build-out for restat of Milwaukee. restat, a prescription benefit management firm, moved last November from West Bend into Milwaukee into 34,000 square feet of recently vacated office space.

Senior Living Seminar

Berghammer Construction and Eppstein Uhen Architects sponsored a Senior Living Seminar on April 13, 2010, titled Senior Living at a Crossroad: A Bold Look into the Next Decade. The full day event took place at the Country Springs Hotel in Waukesha. Jim Moore, of Moore Diversified Services, the industry’s leading independent living and assisted living author, was the keynote speaker. Seven other industry experts spoke at the seminar.
